AutoStar’s CollectorPro module provides an automated system to dynamically queue receivable accounts and assign them to collectors. Collectors perform all tasks and record all activities in
real-time within the system, with all account information conveniently available at their fingertips.

The advanced collection management features in this package automatically queues delinquent receivable accounts
and assign them to collectors. Collectors view real-time account information and record collection results.

Collector evaluation tools give managers the information they need to evaluate collector productivity and adjust employee performance. The system automatically tracks every contact attempt on every account worked, the duration of each call, the number called, the activity, and the result of each attempt. Supports promise-to-pay tracking, including statistics on kept and/or broken promises.

With AutoStar CollectorPro, you can assigns loans by group or team. A queue may be simultaneously worked by multiple collectors and AutoStar keeps track of which accounts have been worked and are currently in work.

Along with allowing collectors to assign an account to a supervisor for review, you can increase your productivity as it provides real-time delinquency information. It also supports insurance queue for tracking expired insurance. Now, you can project payoff and quote payoffs with log notes.
