AutoStar’s Side Notes module allows the addition of miscellaneous balances on existing notes. Set up definable payment streams to ensure the collectability of side notes. It will enhance your operations by providing these capabilities:

Power:

• Allows the creation of repair, insurance, and other balances.
• Tracks delinquency by balance type.
• Allows you to apply payment by balance type.
• Tracks payment history for each balance.

Efficiency:

• Displays side note balances on the same screen as primary balances, which improves awareness of and collection on secondary balances.

Convenience:

• Tracks side notes with the primary balance to ensure prompt payment.
• Prints side note contracts.
• Allows up to 99 separate side note balances running simultaneously with unique due dates and amounts.
